Recycling.
Call-A-Haul is dedicated to the recycling of as many junk removal items as possible for four major reasons:
1. Recycling lowers our junk disposal costs.
2. Recycling lowers our landfill disposal volumes which in turn gives our landfills greater longevity.
3. Recycling helps the environment by keeping many toxic metals out of our landfills.
4. Recycling reusable and refurbishable junk items produces needed income for thrift stores and other charitable organizations.
How do we recycle?
1. We recycle computer equipment by donating it to local recyclers who in turn reclaim, reuse, refurbish and resell the equipment.
2. We recycle scrap metals by taking washers, dryers, refridgerators, freezers. and other metals to local scrap yards.
3. We recycle reusable or refurbishable old furniture to local thrift stores where the items will be resold.
Recycling programs benefit all of us. We will do our very best to utilize as many of them as possible in our operation.
